After I presented the new game mechanic features we have in the pipeline for the Qt Developer Network during our project fair on Monday, I received a good question. I had mentioned that the principles we apply mostly cater to men.
Well, I didn't.Thing is however that our audience consists to a very large degree of men and to make things work for them, we have to cater to their needs and expectations. Needless to say that the ones of a computer engineer in his thirties may differ from the ones of a designer in her forties.
So, why did you give up on the ladies?

On the other hand, it can be much easier to deal with a community that is relatively homogeneous in that regard.
